How to make an appointment

All you need to do to make your appointment for massage or acupuncture, is make a telephone call to talk to us on  02 9439 4584 or 0431 892 958, or leave a message on our answer machine.  

When we are working with our clients, we like to provide our clients with our undivided attention, so we divert the telephone to the answer machine. 

Please leave us a message with your name and telephone number and we'll call you back as soon as we can.

 We have an online appointment service where you can find and select a day and time for a remedial massage appointment most suitable for you.

What happens at my first appointment?

When you come to the practice for the first time, you will be asked about your medical history. This is to assist with your health care. It may also be appropriate to schedule a series of appointments to help you return to health and vitality.

Please note. All your details are taken and maintained in the strictest confidence. These are kept very secure and are not given or shared with anyone at all. To us as health practitioners, it is worth more than our professional standing to allow any unauthorised access to your personal and medical records.

Appointments  

• Massage therapy appointments are available from 9.00am to 6.30pm - the last appointment for the day is at 5.30pm - Monday to Friday, and 9.00am - 2.00pm on Saturday (closed Sundays and Public Holidays) . 

• Acupuncture, EFT, Hypnotherapy and Kinesiology appointments are available on Wednesday.

How much does a massage session cost?

The cost is determined by the massage therapist and is generally in line with other massage therapists in the locality where the massage therapist practices.

At North Shore Natural Therapy Centre the cost is:

• 30 minute consultation - $45.00
• 45 minute consultation - $60.00
• 60 minute consultation - $75.00
• 90 minute consultation - $110.00

• all prices are inclusive of GST
• We accept payment by, cash, EfTOS, Master, Visa and AMEX cards
• An invoice is issued after every consultation

Can I get a health fund rebate for a massage session?

Yes, many health funds acknowledge the benefits of massage therapy provided the massage therapist is accredited with the appropriate authority and professional association. Again enquire about this at the time of making your appointment.
